This is the main client search screen where the user can add,delete and edit client information.
To start any orders and reports, the user must fill in the company configuration form, giving details on their company.
When a client clicks on the 'New Order' button in the client window, this window will pop up, which creates an order for the client. To add orders, just click on each row and enter the amount. It also allows the user to add credits and discounts for the client.
A standing order allows the user to setup an order and store it to be used on a certain day of the week. To activate this standing order, all the user has to do is click on the New Order button in the client view window.
To view the account for a client click on the Accounts button in the client view window. Here the user will see what the client owes on which invoice and other details regarding the invoices.
If the user wants to use an order that the client had previously delivered, this custom order form allows the user to select which order and to use that order for another given date.
When the client pays for an order the user clicks on an invoice in the accounts window invoices list, and the user is given the option of paying all or some of the selected invoice.
This window displays all the clients paid history. It can be reached by clicking the Payments History button in the Accounts window or in the Actions Menubar.
Here the user can add,delete and edit pricing groups.
Here the user can add,delete and edit product groups. Some Bakeries use this list to aid their bakers by sorting the bread baking in an order that they bake in.
Here the user can add,delete and edit production groups. This is mainly used for Reports.
This is where the user can add,delete and edit products. The user chooses what they want in this section.
Here the user prices all the products in their respective pricing groups.
This creates a packingslip that the packers use, to make it easier to pack products for delivery.
Here the user can view statements on deliveries and clients.
