What kind of computer hardware do I need to run Gym Master?
We recommend a system with at least 512MB of memory, 20 GB of hard drive space and a 2.0Ghz CPU or higher. Any off-the-shelf desktop computer will be sufficient that is less than 3 years old. We can also provide you with the hardware you need. Computers older than 5 years will struggle to run GymMaster.

Yes, we can change any aspect of GymMaster according to your exact specification. Gym Master's configuration files are also very simple and easy to access through the configuration menu.

Can we keep using our existing membership cards?
If you have a serial reader then most likely you can keep using your existing membership cards and card reader. Please consult your IT provider to see if your reader is supported (see our technical section).

Will Gym Master integrate with our security system?
Gym Master Professional has its own access control system for controlling doors and readers. While it won't talk directly to your existing security system it can be wired in parallel so both systems can operate at the same time, though you would need two readers installed on your doors. Please consult our card reader manual for more details.

Can we use our existing membership proximity cards with your reader?
Possibly. We supply two different types of card technology. While a lot of cards are supported by our readers, not all are. You can send us some cards to test on our readers.

Does GymMaster work with my security system to open doors?
Unfortunately GymMaster only works with door control and security equipment supplied by us. We can provide all the hardware to make GymMaster control entry to your gym. But you would need to use our readers and door control relays. It can be wired in parallel to your existing security system so you can use your security key tags, or gymmaster key tags to gain entry.

Do you have biometric reader support
If you have a serial biometric reader that outputs unique numbers associated with members when they scan their fingers, then it should work fine with Gym Master. Most biometric readers do not support this, and will not work. We recommend using barcode/magstripe/rfid over biometric readers and there is a limit in most biometric readers for how many fingerprints they can store.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept bank deposits, Amex or Paypal
