Does GymMaster run on Windows XP?
Absolutely we also work on Windows 2003 Server, Windows Vista and most Linux Distros.
Does GymMaster run on Windows 95/98?
No, Windows 95/98 are not supported.
Can I try GymMaster before I buy it?
GymMaster Lite is a free version for all to use and try out. It can be downloaded from here.
Will you ship internationally?
Yes, please contact our sales staff for more information.
Do you offer a printed manual?
Yes, we also have an in built version available under the Help button on the GymMaster Main page. We can also provide one to one training either in person or over the net.
What kind of hardware do I need to run GymMaster?
We recommend a system of at least 256mb of memory, 20 GB hard drive
space and a 1Ghz CPU. Any off the shelf desktop will be sufficient. We
can provide you with the hardware.
Can I use a bar code scanner?
Yes, bar code scanners are supported for a variety of purposes.
Can I use a receipt printer and cash drawer?
Yes you can, however there may be some set up costs depending on the model.
Does GymMaster process credit cards?
Yes GymMaster can process all types of payments and even automatically tracks members payments from your electronic bank statement.
Can I get support for using the free version of GymMaster?
Yes, we provide support for all versions of GymMaster. A fee will apply.
Is GymMaster easy to operate?
Yes, even with how comprehensive GymMasters features are we have tried to keep it simple also we have friendly training staff which will step you though the
operation of the program.
I need extra functions which GymMaster doesn't currently support, can new functions be added?
Yes, we can modify GymMaster to suit your specific needs and we enjoy working with our clients to try to make GymMaster better.
Can date format, gst rates or tax information etc be changed?
Yes, we can change any aspect of GymMaster according to your exact
specification. GymMasters configuration files are also very simple and easy to access through the configuration menu.
Can we use our existing proximity cards?
Yes, we can integrate your existing proximity cards to the new system.
Do you have a POS system in GymMaster?
Yes we have a POS system in GymMaster which is getting better every update.
I have trouble setting up GymMaster, what can i do?
We can provide assistance, a charge will apply. Alternatively you can
refer to the instruction manual.
Can we import existing data from our current database?
It depends the format your existing database is in, please contact us
for further information.
