Gym Master is used by health clubs of all shapes and sizes from large multi-site gyms with more than 100,000 members to hotel chains to medium sized gyms as well as local Pilate studios, boxing clubs, bootcamp providers and Personal Trainers.
There is a vast amount of information that can be recorded against the members file including contact details, demographic information such as age, location, occupation, birthday, membership type as well as account details for direct debit instructions, billing, point of sale purchases, details of prior sms or email communications, personal trainer including all measurements and how these are tracked over time. There are also other fields to enter free text.
Our GymMaster software is so configurable you can create any membership type you like with any number of rules such as multiple memberships can be assigned to any one member at a time, concessions expire within ex period of time, family memberships etc. You can even put a membership on hold and select from a number of options as to the length, whether a payment is due etc.
The main member tab is very intuitive and our clients rave about how easy and quick it is to enter a new member onto the system while they are at the desk and ready to pay. All the main details are on the front tab from entering a payment, assigning a membership, issuing a card, assigning a photo etc.
We recommend using our competitively priced RFID technology for ease of entry for your members, that way you can free up the front desk to concentrate on generating new sales or simply take away the need for a front desk and invest more on personal trainers. Our RFID readers are non-intrusive and can be attached to external or internal entry doors, turnstiles and reception desktops and a member simply needs to touch their card on the reader and they will gain entry.
We appreciate every business has different operational policies so our readers can be configured within the software to your individual needs. That way you can decide when you refuse a member entry whether they have an overdue account by 1 day or 2 weeks or they are attending the gym at peak hours and they have an off-peak membership. In addition to this for any given reason you can also override these rules at the front desk by manually checking in a particular member. A less intrusive way to review access rights for a particular member could be to not assign a sound or refuse door entry but simply allow the members status to flash up on the front desk computer.
As well as RFID our system is compatible with barcode technology.
