- If a member is using a proximity or bar code card, there can be an
audible and if set up, a light signal on presentation to tell if it
is a current valid membership for that time of day.
- A Pop Up screen will appear with the name, and if set up, photo. It
will include other information that you have set up in Configuration.
If there is a current message, overdue account or other trigger registered
for the member it will show in the Pop up. You can set the trigger
amount for overdue accounts and other information you want in Dashboard
> Setup > General Configuration > Cards Readers. The Pop up screen
will remain for the time set up in configuration and will then automatically
close. You can also close it by clicking on the pop up.
- If using a bar code card reader, you may need to have the members'
record section or last visitors page open. See the section on barcodes
for details see section
- If they have forgotten their card, you can manually record their visit.
This is done as follows:
- Open their member record.
- Click on Manual Check in icon. (A member card number must have been
previously allocated to the member)
- Will open a small screen and will automatically pick up the card number
from the member record.
- Choose door if relevant.
- Click Ok. Will give normal pop up screen message confirming visit.
- You can also do manual check in direct from Find Member screen.
