- A group is a collection of programmes of a similar type. eg A group
of prepayed fixed period memberships and a group of AP or DD regular
payment memberships.
- Access through the Dashboard, Setup > Programmes > Programme Groups.
- Lists existing Groups.
- If wishing to change a Group name or details, highlight the Group
and type the new name or details in. Save by clicking the Save icon.
All changes require exiting from GymMaster and coming back in to enable
the system to update the records.
- To add a new Group use the add icon.
- The abbreviated name is optional but is convenient in some screen
reports where a shortened version is easier to display.
- Issue cards by default box is used for card systems and should be
ticked if you use our barcode or proximity cards system.
- Historic group (Closed Programme Groups) box ticked if group no longer
used but records to be kept. This will hide the records (shows as
Hidden under the Visibility column) which can be recovered and seen
by unticking the historic box.
- To delete a Group use the delete icon but probable best solution is
using the historic function.
