16.2 Send Template Email

The template Email system provides a way that you can re-use bulk emails.

1. Choose a saved email from the list on the left and you will see its contents. These are set up through the Email Templates function.
2. Depending on the template you have chosen, you will have a filter optionin the drop box. You can also edit the email.
3. Clicking 'apply' will bring up the confirmation window listing the filtered recipients. This can be amended.
4. Send.
