12.3 Other Set- ups

Under the Programmes menu there are other options that can be used for web bookings.

Programmes on the menu bar inside Add / Edit Programmes

1. Add, Save, Undo and Delete functions for Porgrammes.
2. Payment Options is to set up options for web bookings for programmes. Choose programme name, click on methods to be enabled and then on add. Methods can subsequently be removed. See Configuration Payment Methods on the GymMaster main screen for setting up new methods.
3. Programme Venues (Locations) can be used to give details of times etc for use of an outside venue for part of the programme.

Configuration

1. A short cut to the screen for add etc Programme Groups and Sub Groups.
2. Blurb set up for programmes booked on the web.
3. Locations if your organsiation operates from more than one facility.
4. Season or term dates where these are used for specific programmes.
