13.3.3 Donation projects.

This function is available if the data base is being used to record donations or other fundraising where records are wanted in the member's file.

1. In Configeration - Donation Projects, set up the types of projects you want to use. eg Disabled as a fund to assist with programmes for the disabled. Or Subsidy where people can donate towards the fees of somebody who would benefit from membership but for genuine reasons was unable to pay the full fee.
2. Actual donations or other non cash contributions can be recorded in the Memberships section under Donations.
3. Any donations do not appear in the Accounts for Members to avoid any confusion.
4. There are 2 reports listing by donations or donors.
