13.3.11 Sales enquiry details

1. This is the set up for data to be used in Prospect Sales Enquiries. You can customise for your situation.
2. The Contact Types sets up the various types of contact made. eg email, phone, web enquiry.
3. Promotions enables you to set up the reason stimulating an enquiry. eg. Press Ad 17/10/07, CTV July 07.
4. Status indicates the current situation with an enquiry. It could be Initial Contact, Awaiting Staff Contact, Sale Made, Sale Not Made.
5. The State is Final and Create Member boxes at the bottom of the set up screen need to be ticked if you want to allow this to be ticked against any enquiry status.
6. You might then tick for Sale Made both the Final box to remove from current enquiries and the Member box to enable transfer of data to member.
