Remote Support Computer Assistance

Treshna runs a remote support service that allows us to temporarily take control of your computer so we can fix your computer problems or train you without needing to physically be there.

This system will work though a firewall and allows us to see what is on your screen and to control your mouse and keyboard.

Windows Users

To download please click here and run the programme. Once the software is installed in your computer you should see a red Treshna icon on you Desktop with Treshna Support written under it.

To get help you run the programme from you desktop(called Treshna Support), it will ask you for the port number (you need to contact us first we will tell you the port number) eg. 7 then click Next. If everything goes fine we should now be able to get control of your computer.
