Remote Support - Computer assistance
This is a remote service which treshna runs that allows us to temporarily take control of your computer for fixing computer problems or training.
This system will work though a firewall and allow us to see whatever is on your screen and control your mouse and keyboard.
Please download remotesupport.exe and run the programme. It will copy VNC to a temporary directory on your computer and connect it with our network temporarily.
The programme will prompt you to about running exe, please click 'open' then follow the installer though.
This system will only work if we are listening to you at our end.
